Our seven days here were easy and comfortable. Sarita and her husband made us feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful, even leaving milk, water, and ice for us without being asked. Everything in the room and bathroom was neat and spotless. Such a lovely place to stay.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with everything you need to feel at home while you're away. I'd happily stay here again if I need a night in Potch, and would definitely recommend it.

Their effort to make guests comfortable keeps exceeding my expectations. The rooms are always exceptionally clean, too, with great amenities: air-con, heaters, a fridge with clean water, and a jar that's always stocked with rusks. I'd give them six stars if I could.

We had a really enjoyable weekend with our daughter. The managers are friendly and make guests feel welcome, and the place is neat, peaceful, and quiet. Even when the power went out, the strong backup meant we hardly felt it. Big ups for that! It could easily become my second home, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere peaceful to stay.

We live in Potchefstroom and booked Goedgedacht Guest House for my parents so they could have some privacy while visiting, since it's just around the corner. They were delighted with their room, and we were impressed with the whole experience. The house is beautiful, the gardens are neatly kept, and the room was immaculate. From the first WhatsApp contact through check-in and checkout, everything was friendly, efficient, and hassle-free. We'll recommend Goedgedacht Guest House and use it again when we have other visitors.
