We only stayed one night, but it was good enough to make me want to come back. The place is on a busy street yet feels very private, and there are dining options.

Dana let us know in good time that water pressure in Potch was an issue. We skipped breakfast, but the room was just right for what we needed, and check-in was quick and easy.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and getting in was easy. I was in Potch for work and had an early start, so I was glad Dana moved me to the purple room, which has the first parking spot near the gate. In some of the other rooms, you can get parked in.

Everything was neat when we arrived, and the host gave us great service. We booked at the last minute, and they were able to fit us in again. I noticed our two rooms had double beds and mentioned that the guesthouse we usually use has king beds in most rooms, despite costing R100 less. The host immediately moved us to a room with a king bed at no extra charge. That made a huge difference for me, and I’ll use this guesthouse again. My only suggestion is to replace the double beds with at least queen beds for a more comfortable stay.
