We had a really enjoyable stay, with clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. But the kitchen staff prepared my eggs where pork was being handled, without cleaning first. I almost lost my life...

The chef was so friendly and even had a breakfast package ready for me to take on my last morning. I loved the rooms and the central location, and they kindly accommodated me after I discovered I'd given my booking agency the wrong dates. They were understanding about it. This will be my place to stay in Potch from now on.

We had such a warm, memorable stay in Potch and South Africa. Bennie, the owner, really cares about making sure guests are happy, and the staff were friendly, engaging and warm. They clearly cared about getting the food right, too. It was outstanding, with generous portions. The modern, clean rooms were in a quiet, safe area close to restaurants, university life and just about everything. Sunset Manor brings old world charm together with new world amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend it if you're staying in or around Potchefstroom.

The owners made us feel welcome and treated us with respect from the start. Everything had a calm, comfortable feel, and I had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Definitely worth the money, so just stay here.
