It’s not bad, but the bathrooms need updating. The showers don’t look clean.

We booked six rooms for two nights, with a five-day gap between them. Before arriving, we were quoted a price per room, but paid the wrong rate in full. When I queried it the next day, they agreed the manager would sort it out and refund me after we returned. We were told both nights would have the same rate. Nothing was said when we came back, and it was only when I received the refund that I saw we’d been charged the wrong rate for the second night. Now I can’t get a refund. We’d chosen room only and skipped breakfast. Having stayed before, we found it inedible: it was made the evening before, then reheated in the morning. Other four-star places nearby include a freshly cooked breakfast and cost far less than this room-only rate. Not recommended at all.

The rooms were immaculate and really comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Staff were welcoming and helpful from the booking onwards. We had lots of special requests, and they handled them with a great attitude, which we appreciated a lot. I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Thanks for the great service.

The place wasn’t clean enough, and the staff were irritable and not very welcoming. There was no hospitality. It was a really crappy experience, the worst accommodation I’ve booked. I don’t recommend it.
