A charming, well-kept boutique hotel with lovely dining areas and exceptional personal service. We were glad Chef Gontse and Katlego came by to engage with us. Shawn, the FOH Manager, was helpful and great, and Andrew, our table server, made dinner special. Thanks to all the staff. We go back often now for the beautiful place and the experience. A must stay.

I could move in permanently if I could, hahaha. We had a wonderful afternoon lunch, and the hosts took care of everything we needed. Themba was super great. Even the maintenance and housekeeping team members greeted us as they passed, which shows that hospitality is part of Casta Diva DNA. Thank you all.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly. I attended a Photoshoot of MD’s, and the other group there enjoyed their experience, apart from the three people who gave the 1/5 reviews below. I found those reviews misleading because those guests were extremely rude to staff and inconsistent. Big UP to the Casta Diva team, keep shinning!

The room mix-up was handled badly, with barely an apology and no proper fix. Inside, the place felt neglected: the sheets were stained, the toilet looked long overdue for a proper clean, and it seemed as though someone had rushed through a two-minute tidy before we arrived. The lasagna was flavorless and tasted like it had been left out for days. From the outside I hadn't expected such disorder, and the hotel looked more like a run-down guest house. The website photos give a misleading impression. I was thoroughly disappointed and would tell others to look elsewhere unless the service and facilities get a serious overhaul.

The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they handle requests with real care. At night, the sounds of owls and other nocturnal activity bring Kruger Park to mind. Amazing place, fit for a King.
