The website photos didn't match the room we were given. My sister and I looked at each other and laughed in disbelief when the door closed. Our travel agent, who works for my sister's company, had booked us there, and something already seemed off. We stayed because our transfer was booked for early the next morning, but the room wasn't good. There were four beds crammed into what seemed to be a lounge with a toilet built in. The sheets were dark, so we couldn't tell whether they were clean, and one had a cigarette burn. There was dog hair on the pillows. The greeting when our transfer dropped us off and the reception were acceptable, and at first everything seemed fine. The agent will be told not to use this place again. As the owner of a digital marketing company, I get angry when places don't deliver what they advertise, since our industry gets blamed for exactly that. If you can't provide what people see online, don't take the booking. I have no doubt the one or two rooms shown on the website exist, but if they're booked, it seems to be pot luck, and the other rooms aren't up to standard. It is just not cricket.
