The owner even drove my girlfriend and me to an ATM when we had visa trouble, which was really kind of them. The staff were brilliant, and the pool and breakfast were great. We loved the chilled, homely feel and had a great time, though it cost a little more than our budget. There are two big dogs, and their size can be a bit scary at first.

A lovely place, with a pool and huge rooms. The reservation problem was frustrating: they said we had a booking, then suddenly said we didn't. Honestly, I think it was down to the person I dealt with at the front desk.

Thank you again. We hadn’t stayed here since before Covid, and it’s still friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cosy, and the car parking feels safe. We felt secure, and it’s a great area for a walk, with a restaurant and mall not far away. Thank you, Crazy Dave

For the price, this is probably the best place to stay in Pretoria City. We loved how clean and nice the rooms were, the facilities are awesome, and the hosts are fantastic. It feels safe, pleasant and convenient. Honestly, it’s more like a BnB than a Backpackers, and really worth it.
