We enjoyed our conference from 20-22 February. The place is beautiful, with a spacious, tidy conference room.

Everyone was so rude, from reception through the rest of the staff. Even getting something simple like an iron was a struggle. I haven't felt so disrespected, like they were doing me a favor. 👎

I wouldn't rate this place anywhere near four stars, probably not even two, based on what I experienced. Only the bedside lamp worked in my room. The floors were dirty, and there was a used tissue behind the bathroom door. The bar fridge didn't even have a bottle of water. The shower head was cheap and nasty, the drain had half a broken cover, and the shower itself was dirty. Breakfast was awful too: scrambled egg with mince, which I'm sure came from a box, plus two cheap chicken nuggets. They brought two slices of bread untoasted, apparently because there wasn't a toaster.

I really liked how secure it felt, and the location puts you close to pretty much everything you might need. The rooms are awesome too.
