The Wardrobe Guest House

The refreshments were fresh and delicious, and the hostess made sure we had everything ready before we began. The conference space is clean, roomy, and well equipped, with more than we needed. We were happy with the facilities and have already booked it again. If you need a venue for an event or conference, you won't regret choosing this one.

Those big trees are magnificent, and I’ll definitely come back. Marike welcomed me with such a friendly smile that I felt at home straight away. My room was lovely, decorated with a tasteful mix of African and Moroccan furnishings, and the comfort felt luxurious. It was an enchanting stay at this charming guest house.

The owner was lovely and even held a delivery for us before we arrived, which was a big help. We did have to leave before checkout time so they could clean the room for the next guests, but we were ready anyway, so it wasn't a major issue. The hotel has a really nice design and a cool Moroccan theme throughout. The pool we used didn’t match the photo. I’m not sure whether there’s another one, but ours was very narrow. It was just about wide enough to swim lengths, though anything beyond front crawl would be difficult.

Having plenty of safe parking is a real plus, and it was lovely to sit in the garden with an early morning tea or coffee. My daughter joined me for breakfast, which was very reasonably priced and great value. I especially like the coffee brand they use. This was my second stay at The Wardrobe guesthouse, and it was just as great as the first. The room was comfortable and clean, and Marike, the host, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The Wardrobe is now my preferred place whenever I’m in Pretoria.
