We had paid and received all the host's confirmations after booking three months ahead. Then, while we were on our way today, we learned the place wasn't available because the host had double-booked it through a diary error. We only found out because we called to say we were arriving and ask where to meet. The host said she'd look for somewhere else, but it was early January, there was nothing available in the area, and the other hosts didn't reply to enquiries. It was a really unpleasant experience.

We couldn't get the dishwasher working during our four-day stay. There were no instructions, and even Google didn't turn up any help.
