The toast came cold and without butter. My breakfast requests also kept getting missed: I asked for well-done eggs each day but got sunny-side up, and even when I said no cheese, it was still added. Breakfast was my only issue.

The food was terrible. Meals were served without asking whether we ate those dishes, and they brought soft drinks without checking what we preferred. The simple ribs were hard as coal. There was no variety for patrons who don't take acid, and no dessert. How? The bathroom switch also sets off a noisy air conditioning system. The rooms smelled because of the mat, the chair in mine was dirty, and my sheets hadn't been changed after the previous guest. This is the worst B&B I've ever stayed in. False marketing!

When there's load shading, there's no generator or other electricity backup. Some rooms had no TV remote, and some had no electric blanket while others did. Even though each room was booked for two guests, some only had one shower cap and one soap. A few rooms also had no tea, coffee, or sugar.

The food is a single pre-cooked menu with no variety, whether you eat what's served or not. Drinks are limited to acidic soft drinks, and there's no dessert, for a place supposedly rated 4 stars. The staff are friendly, but the rooms don't feel fresh and the mat smells. The toilet extractors are very noisy, and the door locking system isn't simple.
