I’d happily stay at this B&B again when I’m back in Queenstown, and I’ve already recommended it to friends and family. What stuck with me was how trustworthy the employees were: I’d misplaced my watch and left it, planning to search when I returned. It was sitting on the side cabinet between the beds when I walked back in. The rooms and utensils were clean too.

There’s a pleasant outdoor space, and the small place was clean, though it feels a bit dated. The shower wasn’t great, and the Wi-Fi was so bad it may as well not have been there. For what you get, the price seemed a little high.

The host and hostess were really helpful and came to my rescue when I needed assistance. It felt like home, with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and great Wi-Fi. The staff were super friendly, and it was very affordable.

I had to cancel my booking at Mechells at short notice, and they gave me a full refund. I won’t forget the care and professionalism. Customer service really is number one. Fly high Mechells Accommodation!
