Breakfast was delicious, and the location was quiet while still close to amenities. Esther and her team were friendly and attentive, making sure we had what we needed without hovering. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the warm welcome started as soon as we arrived. We had a wonderful stay at Birch Tree B&B and look forward to coming back soon!

It’s a safe, secure place to stay in Johannesburg, with excellent service. A very nice shopping centre is within walking distance, including a Spar, Woolworths and several fast food restaurants.

The staff were extremely friendly, and breakfast was delicious. My room was great, clean and stocked with everything I needed. One suggestion: sheer curtains in the rooms beside the pool could stop people outside from seeing in.

The place was so clean and peaceful, and the ladies were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious. I’ve only just left and already want to go back.

Esther deserves a thank-you for looking after us. The staff were friendly and professional, and the prices felt fair. We had a lovely anniversary getaway, with champagne, chocolates and candles arranged for us. The rooms were lovely and everything was very neat. We had a beautiful time and hope to come back soon.
