I waited outside in the rain for 30 minutes, ringing the doorbell and getting no response. I tried calling too, but nobody answered.

The beds were fresh and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean throughout my stay. The building is spacious too, with lots of bathrooms on every floor, which you really appreciate in a hostel. Those good facilities were overshadowed by the lack of enforcement around dorm rules. Although food in the dorms was clearly against the house rules, people kept eating there very late, well past midnight, and bringing in strong, often unpleasant smells. On multiple nights I woke to the overpowering smell of curry being eaten right above my bed. I changed dorms hoping for more considerate roommates, but it carried on, and sleep became nearly impossible. A lot of the guests also seemed to be long-term or permanent residents. Their belongings cluttered the shared areas, and hygiene was poor in several cases. It changed the whole atmosphere. Instead of the openness and community I'd expect in a hostel, it felt like I was intruding in somebody else's messy room. It's a shame, because with staff keeping a closer eye on things and enforcing basic rules, this place could be exceptional. As it stands, I can't recommend it to anyone looking fo

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail really stood out. The management team is top-notch, and the space is beautiful, with a warm, welcoming feel. The people here are kind, genuine and selfless, and made me feel at home. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, peaceful and memorable stay. I'll be back. Shout out to you T✌️

The room was super clean, the staff are really friendly, and the Wi-Fi is very strong. It feels safe around the hotel, so you can walk at any time. From Park Station, take the Gautrain and get off at Rose bank, then use Uber. I think it's better and cheaper. I love this hotel and want to come back!
