We paid three months ahead, only to arrive and be told they’d overbooked and we had to find somewhere else. The service was practically nonexistent, and the receptionist was awful. We waited 25 minutes before anyone attended to us. Horrible doesn’t cover it. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Save yourself the trouble and find another option.

The place is good and clean, and I love it. A few things could be improved, like the kitchen items and the table and chairs or couches in the sitting area. The receptionist, I think her name was Esihle, welcomed us warmly with a smile and helped with our requests for towels and a table with extra chairs, so we could sit and eat instead of eating on the bed. Thank you, keep it up.

What you see online doesn’t match the place, unless it depends on whether the receptionist likes you. The Wi-Fi is at the receptionist’s discretion. The woman at reception had no name tag and didn’t respect guests’ privacy or time. We were made to clean before checkout time, and there weren’t enough kitchen utensils for the two-room units. I could go on, but they’ve seen the last of me and my money. I’ll definitely share what happened.

Room 7 was awful when I stayed there on 28 April 2025. There was no mop to clean up after a shower, and no toilet paper or towels. The TV only played audio, so we couldn’t watch music videos, and we had to share a remote with the other room. There was nobody at reception near Room 7. We waited an hour before the woman showed up, without apologizing. tel no engabanjwa
