I had such a good time and will definitely come back. The staff were friendly, and the receptionist we got was a really nice dark-skinned man who made check-in easy and hassle-free. I also became friends with one of the room cleaners, who was easy to talk to. We checked out on the 2nd of Jan, and as I was sitting in the car ready to leave, a woman called me from the room I’d slept in to return my ear pods. She’s such a darling. Absolutely the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

The location is good, and the staff were helpful with good service. The rooms are low budget and uncomfortable, though, and they smell damp, especially the carpets. The bathrooms, toilet, and shower were terrible and need a decent redesign. The air conditioners are loud, and the irons are in very poor condition with too few available. There’s a small fridge in reception, but it doesn’t have enough space for guests. The hotel really needs an upgrade.

It was just a room with a bed and TV, no fridge or microwave, and no utensils either. The bathrooms weren’t comfortable to use and need an upgrade. The toilet paper was so bad I had to buy my own. Iyavuthuka.

When we left, my son had forgotten his laptop in the room. The staff called us, and we drove back to collect it. Thanks for being honest. The only issue during the stay was the upper bed’s position. I bumped my head on it several times. Maybe reflective rubber on the corner next to the basin would help.

The rooms feel old and outdated, with double bunk beds. There’s no bar fridge or microwave, and the basin is right where you’re supposed to eat. The TV sets need upgrading to smart TVs. Thank you.
