The restaurant is a highlight, with some magical dishes and an impressive wine list. It's a lovely spot for a lazy lunch or dinner overlooking the garden. The owners pay attention to every detail, and the professional, friendly staff are efficient and make you feel like the most important guests. The rooms have everything you need, with a laid-back luxury feel. You can unwind in a distinctive natural setting while staying close to town, the wine farms and other attractions. We'll be back.

The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the pool and garden are so well cared for that it's a pleasure to swim or stroll around. Mo & Rose is a clean, tidy boutique hotel in a great spot in Robertson. The food, coffee and wine selection are all top notch. I'd definitely visit again.

We had a very disappointing stay. The air conditioner was as loud as a washing machine, so we couldn't sleep with it running. Staff were noisy late into the night, until 3am, and we got no sleep. Then on our last day there was no water. At the high daily price, we expected better. We won't return. I appreciate your response, apologies and good wishes for future travel. My wife takes sleeping tablets and has some difficulty hearing, so she wouldn't have noticed the air conditioner. She would have told you if you'd asked. I suggest checking the unit overnight to hear how loud it is. There was also a man and woman making noise in the early hours. Reviewing the security footage and monitoring the property might help. As a 4 star facility representing the good name of the south African tourist industry, I believe several hours without water is something you can manage. Please consider having adequate back-up systems so guests have water. I wish you and your future guests well.

Definitely worth a visit. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and well equipped, and the restaurant does a delicious dinner. Breakfast gets five stars too. One of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at.
