Dinner took more than an hour to arrive, and the steak was cooked into a slab of leather. Breakfast was very basic too. The rooms are plain, with no power sockets beside the beds, and the shower flooded the bathroom. It was also really noisy in the corridors. Maybe it’s an okay place for contractors, but we didn’t have a great night.

We came back from Sun City around 9:30 and found that room service hadn’t been done. The towels had been changed very early in the morning, before we’d even had a chance to use them. The pool was always closed, so we couldn’t use it at all. It was a disappointing and very boring place to stay.

The bedding was absolutely filthy and smelled like mothballs. We checked in, saw it, and checked right back out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and I loved how beautiful the place was. Everything was perfect for me. I’m definitely coming back.

The reception lady was very rude, and the room felt unclean and uncomfortable. The place looked run-down and poorly maintained, nothing like the misleading pictures online. For the price, I expected at least basic comfort and convenience, but there wasn’t even hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. The room also had no fridge or microwave, things you’d expect these days even in budget accommodation. I don’t recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to.
