The room was so hot it felt like walking into an oven, even with the aircon on. I asked to cancel when I arrived, then they moved me to another room the next day, but it still wasn’t worth the money. In Room 304, the furniture was old and the coffee table was falling apart. The rooms felt like horse stables, with dirty, damp-smelling rooms, dirty linen and towels, and no bar fridge, Wi-Fi or DSTV. The whole facility is poorly maintained. The reception was unfriendly and unhelpful, there are no telephones in the rooms, and it made me wonder what you’d do in an emergency. Breakfast was horrible. The man making eggs and omelets was unclean and struggled to find glasses and cutlery. The bar area was dirty, with chicken bones on the floor. The photos don’t show what you actually get. Every guest during my stay was complaining about everything. A big no, no, no, no. I’m still traumatized.

Our Strategic Session was productive, with clear focus and good collaboration, thanks to the professional, well-organized setting. The conference facilities were well maintained, and the attentive, efficient service team helped make the hospitality seamless from beginning to end. An exceptional experience.

The chef remembered our order and made meals we really enjoyed. Mr Shaun was extremely friendly and professional when we had a small room issue after checking in last Thursday, and he sorted it out quickly. That made us feel comfortable right away, and the rest of the staff were just as welcoming and ready to help. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and felt well looked after. We’d definitely return and recommend the place to others. From room 313.

The rooms and location are beautiful, and the staff are wonderful too. They can provide Halaal meals at breakfast and dinner if you let them know in advance. The only downside for me was that there aren’t microwaves in the rooms.
