The room looked nice, and we did enjoy our stay, but cleanliness needs work. There were stains on the bedding, so we had to ask the cleaning lady to change the sheets. We were also put in a room we hadn't booked, and they refused to move us. I work in hospitality, and I could see a lot of things that needed fixing.

Staff training would help, and prices should be fixed instead of depending on what you drive.

The bed was uncomfortable, there was no cold water in the basin, and the jacuzzi wasn't working. I also found cockroaches in the room, and the service was very poor. Please fix the underlight ceiling in room 5 and sort out the TV volume.

We'd booked on Monday for a Saturday check-in, and called first to confirm there were enough rooms. The receptionist assured us there were. But when we arrived around 2 on Saturday, after travelling a long way, we were told the place was overbooked. We asked the receptionist and owner nicely to find a solution, since we'd booked a week ahead, but neither had a plan or was willing to arrange another place for us. The receptionist never even apologized for her mistake. What awful service, just inconvenience and rubbish. They don't even deserve one star.

Friday night was peaceful, but Saturday was a nightmare. Horns were going off, and the phone rang all night. They should have someone working the night shift. There was no communication about the pool not working, either. The location is great and the rooms are beautiful, but I won't be back.
