I loved having coffee in the yard each morning, looking out at the valley and mountains. The location is prime, in Sabie town and near attractions and restaurants. There's plenty of space for 2-3 families, depending on the number of people, with a double garage, living room, lounge area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A Braai stand is provided outside. When we arrived, the house hadn't been cleaned or dusted properly. We asked for cleaning during our stay, and it was much better afterward. There are no heating facilities in the rooms or other areas. We visited in September and didn't really need them, but they may be needed in winter. It's a nice place to stay.

The house and setting are beautiful, and such a calming place for the soul. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely be back next year with our couple friends. See you soon! The children wanted to stay longer.

The setup was beautiful, and everything else was in order. But for a self-catering place, I expected the manager to deal with the flickering bathroom light after we reported it. There wasn't any notice about loadshedding or any candles or torches provided. I was embarrassed for our international friends, since the guests hadn't been prepared. There were also very few bowls, with no strainer or even a meat bowl.

The place was clean and well maintained, and I highly recommend it for your next Sabie visit. This was our second stay, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first.

Good value for money, with covered parking and a calm setting. It suits a group of 5-6 people or 3 families. There's a fireplace and a small portable braai stand, and it's within 2km of town. It's self-catering, so bring your own toiletries. No Wi-Fi.
