The place was spotless and well looked after, and the food was good too. The owner made me feel right at home. A great spot, 10/10!

The breakfast was delicious and brought with a smile. I loved the inviting pool and lovely garden, too. Our host was beautiful and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious, with a big bath and shower room. Great location.

We’d planned to stay three nights, but left after the first and got no refund. We couldn’t sleep because the street noise came straight through the door, which was built like an interior door and didn’t block the main road at all. The B&B is easy to find on William Nicol Drive and doesn’t seem very old, but it definitely needs some TLC. The rooms are big, and that’s about the best I can say: they weren’t very clean, and the lamps by the bed were just decoration since there were no sockets on that side of the room. Breakfast was very basic, though there was WiFi. We got poor value for our money, and from past experience we know other B&Bs in the area that offer better value. Would we return? No.

The conference venue is excellent, well equipped, and efficiently run, and the accommodation is comfortable. My one gripe is the lack of filter coffee. It’d be so easy to put a plunger and filter coffee in the rooms.
