The rooms were noisy enough that I could hear neighbors in the bathroom. The balcony was wet and never cleaned, and the restaurant felt more like a takeaway. Don’t be misled by the photos, the rooms and restaurant are smaller than they look. You’re on your own with luggage too, as nobody helps carry it. We were supposed to get a room with a lounge but were given a very small room without a lounge or a toilet door. They said we could pay R1200 for a room with a lounge, but there was no refund allowed. We added another room and asked that morning for a 1pm early check-in. When we arrived at 2pm, they said they had emailed to decline, but they never did. The receptionist was just filling in and had no idea about customer service or what to do. There’s no real service here, it’s more like a self-catering room. A very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. There are plenty of better hotels and apartments in Sandton for the price.

My first stay at reserved suites went really well. The room impressed me, and everything I needed was taken care of. Staff were friendly and looked after me throughout. It’s a great venue, with a kitchen onsite, plus a pool and gym. Well done.

Booked for 25 Dec 2025, for a solo business trip. Don’t be taken in by the pictures, it wasn’t worth the price, and I won’t book here again. The room was tiny and the bathroom had no door. There was no concierge at the front desk to help with bags, and the kitchenette had no cutlery. The restaurant and bar were closed on Christmas, so I had to order in, but there were no plates or cutlery to eat with. I even had to use water from the bathroom sink to make coffee.

I booked this apartment for a long business stay, and my first month has been great. I have everything I need and feel at home. The view from the apartment is lovely, and the staff have made my stay comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Ewaldt for the warm welcome.
