For R700 a night, I expected much better. The room wasn't clean, especially the drawers and wardrobes, so I couldn't put my clothes away or extend my stay. I had to request soap and towels, since there was no soap and only two bath towels for a booking for two. The toilet paper was poor quality, so I used my own. There's a gym, but it doubles as a storeroom. Hyde mall is within walking distance. Checkout is at 10am, not 11am.

The rooms are kept clean and in good condition, and the staff are always very friendly. Absolutely amazing.

The night and day shift staff gave excellent service, and the place felt welcoming and safe, with plenty of parking. During load shedding, though, we only had lights. There was no TV, and I struggled to charge my phones because the plugs had no power. The room was dusty and dirty, especially under the bed. I think these issues can be fixed, and the place could earn the rating it deserves.

The price is good, and the location is very nice. I've stayed three times over the past five years, and I appreciate how flexible the manager and the gentleman worker are in accommodating my needs. Good!

The place is nothing like it appears on the website, and the staff need a lot of improvement. The kitchen is dirty and seems to be left uncleaned. Towels go unchanged for days, and rooms aren't cleaned daily. If you ask why, you get attitude. The woman and man at reception are really rude, and the staff aren't welcoming at all. My experience was horrible.
