The rooms were great, clean and made for a brilliant stay, but the service let the experience down. We clarified the breakfast arrangement several times at check-in, yet the receptionists got our booking wrong and only told us on checkout day that breakfast had been included the whole time. I’d paid for breakfast throughout my stay and was then told I couldn’t get a refund, even though the mistake was theirs. It’s an amazing place to stay, but I definitely won’t be coming back.

What I remember most is the sweeping view across Sandton city. The Leonardo gives you a serene mix of offices and apartments, along with luxury amenities like a gym, spa and concierge. It’s the very best of the Sandton experience.

Getting around was easy because The Leonardo is close to key spots in the city. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable and beautifully designed. A lovely place to relax. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
