The location made it easy for us to get everywhere we needed, and the swimming pool was a hit. The apartments seemed to have the amenities you’d need, but the beds really need replacing. The mattresses were badly worn and had collapsed. There were no instructions for the washing machine, and it wouldn’t drain.

The bedding smelled unpleasant, and the unit had a strong bad odor. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and there were cockroaches in all the kitchen cupboards. I wouldn’t recommend room 204 - 11th floor to family or friends. I can’t say what the other units are like.

Our two-bedroom apartment was lovely, with beautiful views and no issues inside. Reception, though, was very rude and didn’t seem to know much about the booking process. The rules are strict, so it’s not a great choice for friends. Beautiful place, terrible service.

I booked through bookings.com, but the host said we were double booked and moved us to another room. It was in terrible condition, as shown in the photos, with unmade beds and no amenities at all. Westpoint staff didn’t offer to help us find a clean room. I’ll never book here again.
