The other staff are good, but the surveillance guy, especially sikhumbuzo, isn't treating guests well. He hurts everyone.

The rooms and gaming area need some TLC. The air-conditioner doesn't work in either.

The breakfast was good, but the service was so bad that I chose a no rating guest house with a warm welcome over this 4 star hotel. The woman who checked us in had a terrible attitude and seemed uninterested in helping. She barely gave us any information, so I had to ask another staff member in the corridor where the dining hall was. The rooms were average and felt dated to me, and I don't like the bath and shower combination. There's nothing here I'd write home about.

Mould in the bathrooms, dated rooms, and a bad smell throughout the hotel and area. It was a total waste of money. I don't understand why it's the most expensive hotel in Secunda.

We've been coming to Graceland every year since 2013, but the decor hasn't been upgraded, service hasn't improved, and there are fewer amenities each time. This visit showed how much potential the place has, though the poor service could be its downfall. We found fries in our supposedly cleaned room right after checking in. There were only two towels for four people, and it took about an hour to get more. The mini fridge was broken too. At Blue Bayou, the service was appalling: we had to ask several servers for coffee and drinks, and the waitress had an attitude.
