We paid the full amount upfront after booking in February for an August stay. Then, less than 48 hours before check-in, they said they could no longer host us, without giving any reason. My son had been excited about the trip for ages, and we were left wondering what we were meant to do at such short notice. The customer service was awful. I’d give zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted.
