For the price, this is very good value. The compact apartment had everything we needed, with good hosts, tucked into the subtropical South Coast jungle. The beach is about ten minutes away through the golf course.

The downstairs flat was a great base for a lovely couple of days. It's tucked into the subtropical South Coast jungle, and the walk to the beach takes about ten minutes through green jungle and over a rather nice golf course. The beach is a long, practically deserted stretch, perfect for long strolls. Our host was attentive and very friendly. The kitchenette is small but workable, though we ended up braaiing anyway. WiFi was good when we needed it. Ramsgate and Margate are only a short drive away, and for the location, it was very good value.

The kids had a ball during our lovely weekend at Terracotta with our three cocker spaniels. The hosts were friendly, the property was beautiful, and there's a pleasant walk to the litter-free beach. Southbroom is a jewel on the South Coast. We'd definitely recommend it and hope to visit again.

We could walk to lots of private beaches, and the place was pet friendly. The host was lovely and very attentive. WiFi stayed on even during load shedding. We wish we'd had more time here, and would definitely recommend a stay.
