The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented, with thoughtful details that made each morning a treat. Craig and the Team were warm from the moment we arrived, helped with our bags, offered to steam our dresses before the wedding, and were always around when we needed anything. Their genuine hospitality made our stay at Avontuur Manor House feel special. Thanks to everyone there. We can't wait to return.

Our wedding weekend at Avontuur Manor was wonderful. They even steamed our bridal dresses and served a delicious breakfast, with so much care given to the details. Graig and the team welcomed us warmly, and nothing felt like too much trouble. They made the whole stay extra special. Absolutely recommend!

They helped take extra stress off the wedding day, whether it was steaming dresses or anything else we needed beforehand. My friend getting married had great people supporting her. The staff were helpful and well mannered, and made us feel very welcome. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely, and the food was excellent. I'd highly recommend staying here before a wedding or celebrating one here.

I booked a room in August 2025 for February 2026 and got an immediate confirmation from hotel management. Then, in late November, management told me they couldn't honor the booking because of a “system glitch” or some other overbooking excuse. Poorly managed.

We chose Avontuur for our wedding weekend with our bridal party and friends, since the wedding was at Cavalli estate, and it was such a good decision. The gardens around the manor house were stunning for our bridal party photos, and the facilities were phenomenal. From booking and organizing everything through the stay itself, it all went perfectly. The staff were professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. 10/10, I'd recommend it. 😊
