The gardens are beautiful, the units are spacious, and the location is great, close to some of the best wine farms and the Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden. The property is amazing, and the wonderful people managing it are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Highly recommend!

Waking up to the majestic mountains, hearing the doves, and having coffee with their farm milk was just heaven. We flew in from the San Juan islands in the PNW USA for our anniversary and stayed in the fantastic couples cottage. Paul and his team are fantastic, and Paul’s dedication to the property is paramount. We booked another night and will be back in December.

We stayed in Unit 3, which had a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge and sleeping area. There was an independent bathroom and a garden area with a braai and fireplace, plus air-conditioning and electric blankets. The grounds are well manicured and include a swimming pool. Great place.

Our host/GM was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the whole place felt warm and comfortable. The Stable at Sunset Farm is a peaceful escape that combines old-world charm with modern luxury. The setting is beautiful, and the 100-year-old trof gives it so much character. Inside, the design is sleek and thoughtfully done, with details like air conditioning, a jet master fireplace, a bathroom heater, and a large luxurious bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, so it feels like a home away from home. I can’t recommend it enough.
