A peaceful spot with serene views, The Goose Nest is a lovely place to unwind. The hosts made us feel at home and went above and beyond to welcome us. The accommodation was spotless, well equipped, and thoughtfully put together. We enjoyed the charm and comfort, whether relaxing on the patio or exploring the area. It’s a memorable getaway, and I highly recommend it.

We spent seven days in lovely "The Goose Nest" and found it peaceful, comfortable, and restful. Cobus and Netta Smith are the most welcoming, friendly, helpful hosts, and it’s clear they really care about their guests’ comfort. The flat has one bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a dining area, with everything needed for self-catering. It was very clean, with free TV and Wi-Fi, parking right in front, a view of the beautiful garden and surrounding area, and a private braai area. Thank you for the rest, peace, and comfort.

It felt almost like home away from home 🏡. The accommodation was beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable, with lovely local hospitality and some surprising personal touches. The proprietor and his lovely wife were also full of knowledge and iconic stories about places to visit nearby. Highly recommended.
