This stay was a nightmare from start to finish. The food was awful, the water was cold, and some room doors wouldn’t lock. The TV didn’t work either. Cats cried all night in the shared rooms, and the gate was left open around the clock with no security. I don’t understand why this place is still rated as three-star accommodation. Hai, there’s a lot wrong here.

I woke up early to find there was no electricity or water. I couldn’t shower, and had to pack in the dark.

The beds are old and creak, and the couches and curtains are ripped. I had to bathe in cold water 😭😭💦😭. They really don’t know how to look after people.

My boss had a terrible stay at your lodge. He found the floor dirty, there was no hot water, and the security guard was fast asleep. We won’t use your service again.

I enjoyed my visit to Africa lodge in Thabazimbi. The place was in very good condition and felt safe, with security and 📸 24/7. The bed was really comfortable, and the room had a TV and fridge.
