Five stars don’t feel like enough. The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. It’s more than just providing a service, they treat you like you’re the most important person in the world. If you need somewhere to relax and just breathe, I’d recommend coming here to everyone. I can’t say enough about how much I recommend it.

It’s a very relaxing place, but the restaurant needs to fix its service. There were only three people working, and they seemed overloaded. We arrived around 12:30 for my uncle’s and nieces’ birthday celebration on 2026/01/01, nine of us including children, and didn’t eat until around 15:00-15:30. Waiting nearly three hours for food was too much. The children were extremely hungry, and there was nothing we could do. Please hire more restaurant staff.

The experience was very disappointing and nothing like the advertisement. The garden was so overgrown it was hard to see where to walk, and the wooden walkway to the spa was badly damaged, so we had to go around through unsafe areas. Parts of the spa ceiling were in poor condition, gutters were hanging at the restaurant, and most garden lights were broken. The warm-water pool area wasn’t inviting, with dirty mirrors. Loud music from the bar right beside the restaurant ruined what should have been a relaxing spa setting. I can’t see how this is a four-star place; maybe it used to be. The Google photos are very old. We paid for two nights, but left without staying even one and drove the 400 km home instead. I wouldn’t recommend it, and it wasn’t worth the money.

The Sunday buffet lunch was good, with a range of main dishes and desserts. At R249 per adult, it includes hot drinks, and I’d definitely recommend the lunch. The location is impeccable.
