They were incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. As soon as we arrived, they helped us through the rainy weather and pointed us toward a nearby village. Room service was excellent, and the venue worked perfectly for our operations even after the visit. Service and accommodation were a definite 10/10.

I wasn’t happy with breakfast. The sausages served to me were rotten. When I told the woman on the premises, she said she’d noticed a bad smell while preparing them, but still served them and didn’t apologize.

We picked this place at the last minute after our previous reservation was cancelled, and what a relief. The welcome was warm, the staff helped with our bags, and because I’d booked online, check-in was quick. My room had a fan, a comfortable bed, cable TV, and a nice bathroom. The freshly cooked breakfast was good too. Everything was clean and well maintained, and I enjoyed my stay.

It’s a good alternative to the established hotel chain in Ulundi. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is great, and the people are friendly. I had no safety concerns. Staying here is also a chance to support a small business.

I arrived in the evening and got lost because the venue doesn’t have a proper address. When I realized I was lost, I called the numbers listed online, but nobody answered. I was stranded in the dark for over 20 minutes, and I’ve never felt my life was so much in danger.
