We brought the kids and our doggy to stay with Wendy and Chris for the second time. The facilities are fantastic and we were treated wonderfully. We’ll be back, there’s nowhere else we’d choose to stay.

My stay was short, but I enjoyed every minute. It’s the nicest place I’ve ever been to: quiet, clean, cosy, and easily the best Air BnB. Wendy was a delight and such a genuinely nice host. I’d highly, highly recommend it if you visit Durban. I’d forgotten to get wine, and she even gave me some from her cellar. ❤️😍

When I need to stay overnight in Umhlanga, I always use this guest house. The owner is friendly, and the unit has enough equipment for a short visit. Its location is excellent if you have someone staying at Busamed Gateway Hospital, about a 10-minute drive away.

We came for a long weekend and felt completely relaxed, as if we’d been away for a lifetime. The beach and restaurants are close by, and we had a private room with a small kitchen, a garden, and a terrace with a cosy table. The room was exceptionally clean and wonderfully quiet at night. I haven’t slept that deeply in a long time. It’s a lovely place, and we’ll stay here again when we return to Durban.

Wendy had everything ready before we arrived on 15 July 2024. The room was large and fully prepared, and she gave us a friendly welcome. The location works really well for what we need, so I’ll use the place again.
