The couple who run this B&B made the stay feel like being part of the family. Devlyn and Cathy were so kind and went out of their way to make things comfortable. The room was spotless and beautifully kept, and the air conditioner worked well in the hot, humid afternoons. Breakfast was something to look forward to each morning. Cathy made it fresh, full of flavor, and tailored to what I liked. From the sun deck, there’s a lovely view over the green golf course, with the blue ocean beyond it. It felt peaceful as soon as I arrived, and this place really does feel like a rare find. I’d love to return.

I’m already looking forward to another stay at Stroke-One-Inn. Kathy and Devlyn are such lovely hosts, and the rooms are clean and furnished with care. Kathy’s breakfasts are unforgettable, especially with that breathtaking view of the golf course and ocean. Thanks for everything!

We found it easy to relax on the wood deck, listening to the birds and looking out over the ocean and golf course. The place was kept neat and clean, and the pool felt comfortably warm on a sunny day. Breakfasts were delicious and really filling, with the best fruit salad I’ve ever had. Our host was kind and welcoming, and made sure we had good experiences while staying in Umkomaas. It was a wonderful, comfortable getaway where we could properly unwind. One we won’t forget. 😃

Cathy is a lovely owner, and breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there’s a secure lock-up for your vehicle. The place is right alongside the Umkomaas golf course. A lovely spot to stay.

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was amazing. Our room was clean and well equipped, in a separate building from the house, so privacy wasn’t an issue. The view over the golf course and ocean was stunning.
