Mall Guesthouse

Affordable and practical, with shops and the vall mall nearby. The guesthouse is neat, and there’s secure gated parking for vehicles. The rooms were tidy too. Breakfast is included if you choose to have it.

The host welcomed me, but was also openly rude. I asked a few questions at check-in for my comfort and convenience, and he got irritated and told me to go find another guest house, even though I was paying for the service. Visitors aren't allowed in the rooms either. What kind of rule is that? This was the worst guesthouse experience I've had, with really bad service. If you can't work with your customers, just close it down!

I lost my child's penguin soft toy in room no 6. When we went back to get it, it was gone.

I was here for a week on a work assignment, and the hosts looked after us so well. They’re incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming, and the rooms feel homely and are very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is tasty and reasonably priced. It was first class, thank you!
