I couldn't wait to leave and won't be back. I left three days before my stay was due to end. At R1500 per night, management told me I couldn't set the aircon above 26 degrees in winter. On a Sunday at 8 am, cleaning staff knocked to say I was the only guest they needed to clean for. When I wasn't out by 10, the manager's response was to tell me to put up a DND sign. Who cleans rooms at 8 on a Sunday? No wonder the property is empty some days. It's delusionally overpriced. Go Google Ilawu lodge, guys, it's 50% of the price and much, much better. P.S. The manager's response says it all, and none of this review is lies. After a poor review, imagine advising me to answer my phone. Menopausal breakdown.

A stunning garden and a secure location. The room service was excellent, and the place was clean and peaceful. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was great for working. Excellent service 👏
