They still wanted proof of payment on my last day, even though I'd given it to them on day one. I wouldn't recommend staying for long, as I was there for nine days. The place was noisy, and someone knocked violently on my room door. I was scared to report it because I'd already raised a lot of issues and thought they'd see me as a complainer, so I kept quiet. The TV didn't work. I reported it and was told it would be sorted, but the person who came to sort it out told me to switch it off and on manually, even though it was too high for me to reach. The bed lights weren't working either. I reported them, and they were fixed after two days. They serve Ricoffy and Cremora. 🙊😭

The ceiling leaks in the shower while you're using it, and all the rooms are leaking. Staff got water on one of our Cell Phones chargers and didn't even offer a refund for the damage. The tea and coffee supplies were one tea bag, no coffee, but Cremora and sugar. The prices are way too high. I don't recommend it.

The rooms need work, and water is a big problem because there's no pressure. Staff had an attitude when we raised the issues, and the place is expensive for what it's worth. They don't even provide a small 200 ml bottle of fresh milk for your coffee. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms are tired and need a serious revamp. There was no water, and guests aren't warned when booking. When I complained, I was told there's a sign in the room. How are you supposed to see it when you book by phone? A very bad experience, the worst place I've ever stayed. Stay away!
