Noma Nini Lodge And Restaurant

We booked two units, and both had cobwebs high on the walls and dusty surfaces. The bathroom walls and doors had visible residue from the previous occupant. There was sand on the bath rim, unwashed dishes, missing cutlery, and only three breakfast bowls in a room meant to sleep four. One unit's door wouldn't close properly and had to stay locked, and its cupboard was broken. The worst part was a single bed with only three legs. I went to reception straight away, but it was locked for the night. One of the ladies had to sleep carefully positioned so she wouldn't tip off one end. I was told they'd fix the bed, but they never did. The maintenance guy wasn't available to deal with the cupboard or door either. They knew things were broken and still put us in those rooms. When I asked to see another, it had the same problems. A nightmare.

The lodge and management don't seem to care about the nearby community. People living close by can't get a peaceful, restful weekend with the parties and music. It was not peaceful at all.

We were promised air conditioned rooms, but got none. We had booked rondawels and were told on arrival that there weren't any available. The lights didn't work, and I wasn't happy with the showers either. The whole experience was bad and felt very unprofessional. This place needs a huge revamp, and I probably won't return. At least Two, a gentleman there, was very helpful.

There was no water, and some kitchen items were missing, including a knife, wine glass, and wooden spoon. Still, it's a good place. I liked the swimming area and the bar area.
