I slept really well in this quiet, comfortable, clean place. The Wi-Fi was atrocious, and hot water was a bit of a problem when the power went out. Even so, I’d have no problem staying here again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and parking is secure. Service is friendly and the dinner menu is nice. Breakfast could use more flair, like a cheese tray, and it lacks healthy alternatives. The quality of the “fresh” juice could improve too. I can recommend staying here.

Manager Albert was 11/10, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I stayed with my kids and parents and had great food in a very clean place on a quiet road.

Simone, Hilda and Daubie were the staff highlights. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well furnished, and the restaurant food is amazing. I highly recommend the Gin Cocktails. Don’t stay anywhere else in Kitwe but Shamba Lodge.
