I booked here in 2022, but my stay a week ago was a huge letdown. The room by the gate was awful, and the one I got in the executive area was so bad I ended up sleeping in my car. The bathroom smelled of condoms, and there was a bad smell overall. At 11 p.m. I had to ask for cleaning supplies. Standards have really dropped.

This is my favorite place in Livingstone. The prices are affordable and the service is great.

The breakfast is nothing special, just bread, sausage, egg and sometimes a few greens. Rooms are reasonably clean, and the staff are friendly. It's handy for a short work stop and very good value, though the room quality for the price almost seems too good to be true. Since it’s usually booked up, you need to pay a deposit when reserving by phone. They also have family rooms.

I could hear other guests talking loudly as they walked past my room, and the toilet was leaking. The room itself was very spacious, but the wall-to-wall tiles made the dated styling hard to miss.
