It was okay, except I had to share the bed with several cockroaches. I killed five while I was there. The one in the video woke me up around 2 in the morning because it was on my arm.

I really appreciated the laundry service during my visit to Lusaka, especially since it was convenient and well managed for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and getting around the city was easy from this location. My suite at Fallsway Suites was clean, spacious, and well equipped, a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day. I'd recommend it for work or leisure, and would gladly stay again.

East Park Mall is close by, which made meals and other shopping convenient. I was looking for peace and quiet and that's exactly what I got. I loved my stay, and now I know where I'll stay next time I'm visiting Zambia.

They're working hard to manage the electricity challenges, but the rooms are getting dated and need some touch-ups. The air-conditioning being positioned under the bed and seat is a problem.

The airport transfers and check-in and check-out were very smooth, and I found the reception and housekeeping staff courteous and quick to respond whenever I asked for something. I think the Director's communication with me was a key reason the customer service was so good at every level. I stayed here on a business trip to Lusaka and chose a one-bedroom suite. It had a living room, study area, bathroom and toilet, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with a working cooktop, oven, and refrigerator. The suite was neat, spacious enough for a small family of four, serviced daily, and well maintained, all at a very reasonable price. The property is conveniently halfway between the airport and Lusaka's central business district. There's ample parking, plus in-house laundry and food delivery services. I look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it to business and leisure travelers for short or long stays. Best, Ritish Nagpal
