The receptionist agreed to give us rooms, then ten minutes later denied them when foreigners arrived.

Every corner felt calm, and the little details seemed to know me. It was less like a getaway and more like comfort had quietly taken me in.

This is my favorite hangout in avondale. The crowd is mature, so I can have a meeting or serious conversation without being disturbed. The music stays soft, and drinks are easy on the pocket.

I’ve visited a couple of times, but service has been very poor on my last few visits. Food orders take too long, and they’re slow to explain what’s causing the delay.

The lush gardens and peaceful atmosphere make Kwithu Lodge a calm place to get away. I found the rooms cozy and comfortable, and the service was friendly. They also seem committed to keeping things clean. It’s a charming spot for a relaxing stay, and a favorite with people looking for some peace.
