The service was uneven, perhaps because it was so busy that day, and I thought the food could be priced more competitively. Still, lunch was a decent experience. The surroundings were lovely, parking was plentiful, and the restaurant and party spaces were spacious. The poolside was a highlight. Thanks for the hospitality 🙏

Check-in was quicker than I expected, and the staff were friendly. I found the room clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and it was easy to get around from this location. The service was amazing for the price. My stay was mostly positive, and I'd come back if I'm in the area.

The staff were great, and the hotel is new, in a pleasant location. But the air-conditioning was out for three of my five nights and days, whenever the hotel was running on generator power, which happened often. On my last morning, all power except the emergency lights went out, and at first there was no hot water either.

The location was both convenient and peaceful, and the food was delicious. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly and professional, and took care with everything from check-in through check-out. I had a very relaxing stay and highly recommend the hotel for its service.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The property is large and private, which might appeal to business travelers, but the rooms are in terrible condition, and there are probably many better options nearby. Chairs broke twice, the AC was faulty, and water flooded the toilets. The hotel is poorly maintained and undergoing a remake. What made it worse was the very poor response when problems were raised. The choice of words was wrong and nearly made it sound like the guest was at fault, with comments like, “You are not in the room so we cannot fix the AC.” This isn't what I'd expect from one of the top hotels.
