Such a lovely place, really breathtaking. I had a very nice experience there. You should visit.

The food was poor: there were lipstick marks on the glasses, the rice looked like wedding leftovers, and the breakfast buffet had cheap eggs and watered-down Mazoe and Fruitree juice. Even the Fruitree was diluted. When I brought up the problems the next morning, the staff argued with me instead of apologizing. Our room still wasn’t ready an hour after the 1 p.m. check-in time. Loud music from the beach area went on until 7 p.m., ruining the peaceful getaway I’d expected at Tiffany’s Canyon Lodge. I can only imagine how hard it was for the wedding party downstairs to exchange vows over Yo Maps and Chanda Na Kay. The electricity kept going off and on all day. We’d been told they had both solar and generator backup, but at 11 p.m. the power went out completely and never came back. It was unbearably hot, there were no mosquito nets or repellents, and we left at midnight to find somewhere else to sleep. For K1,700- K2,250 a night, this was a shocking stay and one of my worst lodging experiences in Lusaka. If loud music, stifling heat, swarming mosquitoes, and management misrepresenting its facilities are what you want, Tiffany’s is the place. If you want R&R, run far away. I wouldn’t recommend Tiffany’s Canyon Lodge to anyone looking for rest, reliability, or professionalism.

A beautiful weekend spot to visit with family or friends. There’s a pool for adults and children, boat cruise adventures, and paintball with good music. The downside is how crowded it gets, and there’s no food available on site, so you have to bring your own.

The room had a nice view of the 'lake', and the woman who welcomed me at reception was friendly. Still, over my 7-night stay at Tiffany's Canyon Lodge, reception staff weren't very helpful on the following days. Restaurant food was okay, though the food served at the conference was very basic. My biggest concern was the plumbing. Sewer water came up through the shower drain, and whenever someone in another room used the bathroom, I could hear it through my drain. I don't know if this was only an issue in my room. The shower setup was awkward too: you have to leave the bathroom door open to open the shower door. The geyser was so small I had to hurry, or the hot water ran out before I was halfway through bathing. There was no fridge, table, or chair in the room, which felt odd for a 7-night stay. I asked for a table and chair, but the large table they brought blocked part of the entrance. The lodge has a lot of potential, though I was told these room issues may be in the new building, and they need attention.

From the balcony, the night view is spectacular. The rooms and service were great too, and it works well for either work or a getaway. It's just a few metres off Kafue Road T2, past the Shimabala toll plaza.
