The location is hard to fault: it’s right in town, directly across from Ndola Hospital. Room comfort depends a lot on what you pay. The K1000+ rooms were the best, the K700 ones were spacious and okay, while the K500 rooms had some plumbing problems. The rooms are decent overall, though some could use work. Service could be more consistent. Getting fresh towels or having someone check the room took a while, and calls to reception could mean waiting, depending on who was on shift. Room orders also come with a service fee, but breakfast isn’t delivered even if you’re happy to pay for it. You have to go downstairs during breakfast hours or miss it.

Easy to drive to the airport from here. The rooms are clean enough, and the staff seem a little shy. Good, good.

The Indian food is nice, and the staff are friendly. Give the place a try when you’re in Ndola.
