For a place this large, the rooms and power setup are really disappointing. There was no hot water in my room, and the generator seemed to cover only the lights. It feels like money goes to the owners instead of being put back into upgrades. Find somewhere else.

The lodge is easy to reach and well situated, but both the service and workmanship need attention. Water rationing and the lack of geysers for the rooms are problems, and management should improve the bedding and kitchen service. Standards overall are quite low.

I won't be returning. People kept shouting outside my room, the staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful, and there was no hot water. K350 is far too much for this place. Worst hotel I've stayed at in Zambia by a long way.

The staff didn't seem qualified, and my room had neither hot water nor a TV. It was a bad experience, so I can't recommend it.

The service was so poor that I wouldn't advise anyone to stay, even for one night. Spending several nights there was pathetic.
