The accommodation and facilities were excellent. What really stood out, though, was the team under manager Kennedy. Everyone was polite, helpful and attentive to guests. Naomi, Maggie and Destiny were especially fantastic, friendly and very helpful.

I spent a couple of nights here and really liked it. The place was clean, the pool was clean and almost warm after a very hot day, and the food was fine with decent portions. Staff were amazingly polite and helpful. I’d seen reviews calling it noisy and saying it was in a bad area, but I found it quiet and peaceful. You wouldn’t go walking around here anyway, especially later, because of the elephants. I felt very safe. Ignore those reviews.

The people here are really nice and treat you with full respect, so it starts to feel like your place. It’s a very nice, quiet hotel and I hope I can stay longer next time 😅, but my budget doesn’t allow it 😅. You’ll love it. Don’t take my word for it, go try it and tell me if I’m right 😉

Breakfast was always great, even though the food menu is a bit limited. I loved the cultural touches and how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The service was lovely, and everything was clean. I’d love to stay again!
